im looking to upgrade my stock NP231 with the tera-low 4:1, but i also am putting in a slip yoke eliminator with a longer rear CV drive shaft. are the SYE and tera-low gears compatible?

Don't know, I would suggest giving them a call at 801-713-3314. There very knowledgable on Heeps, that is afterall probably 90% or better of their business.
