Need a Spot

Since I've rebuilt my 22r,every time I start it cold it take about 20 seconds for the engine to get oil press.I've tried different oil filters and oils{10w30 TO 10W50},the engine kit was new from engnbldr and the machine work was pretty basic "head rebuild and crank turned" no major block work was done.Any help or ideas would be GREAT THANKS!!!!!
