I haven't seen a kit that provides a lower shock mount on the top of the axle. If one did, the flip would be a pretty easy mod. Like AzRain noted above, unless you're worried about dragging it across rocks, or it's causing problems, it's not worth the shock relocation issues (in my opinion).
