MY EYES!... use some punctuation. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I doubt that you will realize a 5% gain just by changing out the air intake. I do agree that these open cone filter set-ups are probably negating the performance gains they could create by sucking up hot engine air. With everything else staying the same, though, I wouldn't expect enough power gains from what you are doing to make it worth your time.
