what about checking the slave cylinder to see if the hydraulic system is working right... have someone push in the clutch and look on the pass side where the slave cylinder is, see if the pushrod is actuating the clutch fork... that should tell you if it is internal or the hydraulic system.

OK, my clutch seems to have finally packed it in somehow. I cannot get it into any gear, and the pedal is very soft. I looked at the clutch fork where its pushed by the slave cylinder and it seems like the pushrod is coming out, but the fork is almost pushing back and down on an angle. There is play in the fork up and down as well? The slave cylinder seems to move in and out the full distance, but it doesn't seem to release the clutch. Any ideas?
