Sorry to hear of your situation. IMHO, now's the time to start hanging out with your best friends, party friends (& since your active duty not the ganja kind).

If you're up to it find a local counselor or seek a mens help group. It may now help but at least you can share your tale which will be a good thing.

The last thing you want to do is do anything rash.
