So I finally got my All Pro 3" suspension kit installed on my 2003. This was the complete kit. Some notables on this kit were:
1- No instruction were included (?). However, it wasn't too hard to figure out. I installed the RF side first, which was the learning curve. The LF went on a lot quicker.
2- There was a 1" difference between the right side and the left side (right side was higher). I know not all things are perfect and some settling will occur. Incidentally, I had a slight struggle cranking up the left front, which obviously had to be cranked more than the right to compensate. For the right side, the spanner wrench contacted the ball joint so I could only make 1/8 turn incremements. That eventually wore out my arm and patience. I decided to remove the coil over assembly and make my turns that way. My recommendation for anyone getting this type of set up is to crank in the height adjustments before installing the coil overs, leaving room to back out a bit to compensate for any side to side deviations like I had. Remember, it's easier to crank the height down than it is up (when the whole thing is installed).
3- The ride is WAY better than stock and I'm impressed by the quality of All-Pro's kit, with the exception of the not included instructions. I wonder if the instructions would have put in my "learned precautions." I haven't bought my new tires yet (265/75r16), so I can't comment on the kit's abilities until I wheel the thing.
I recommend this suspension kit- just my 2 cents.

Couple of questions.
Complete kit as in rear leafs as well?
Also, if you could measure the "thread showing" or other measurement on the front C/O's for future reference, that would be a help in searches.

How do you know that you are at the max height allowance? I have the 3" rear leaf springs set from them with Bilstein shocks installed, I am afraid the front set will not be able to level out, because my rear is high.

azrain,
This kit did come with the rear leafs, which were pretty easy to install. The only issue, which may have been addressed in the instructions, is that you have to pop out the existing shock bushings and pop in the supplied (larger inside diameter) bushings. Incidentally, the new rear leafs kicked it up 3-3/4".
I counted the threads to the from start of the threads to the top of the locking spanner. LF: 25 threads RF: 17 threads. So, I estimate about 8 threads per 1/2" of lift (I can live with 1/2" difference between each side). I'm waiting a few days for the springs to settle so that I can equalize my final adjustments. From the way it looks now, I will be using just about all the threads in the LF coil overs.
Since I'm not computer literate, I sent you pictures of the front suspension. I'm hoping you can post them for all to see on this thread.

tcao,
I know I'm not at the maximum height in the fronts- yet. My plan is to drive the thing until the springs settle a bit, primarily the rear leafs since I can't make adjustments there. Then, I'll make adjustments to the fronts to balance it all out.

I have a hard time getting to All Pro Off-Road web site. I called the numer 909-658-7077, and the message said the toll free is disconnected.

OK- more of my saga... I was just informed by the local alignment guy that my front coil overs were upside down. I'll take half the blame for that- I used to pride myself on being a half decent mechanic. So that everybody knows, the spanner side of the coil overs go toward the bottom. I confirmed this by calling All Pro, who said the installation instructions are on their website (I'll take half the blame for that too). However, the instructions are a little on the vague side and don't have any pictures.
Anyway, the alignment is done for now. Hopefully the springs don't sag too much because it's $90 a pop for an alignment.
To answer an above post, I have the auto hubs but no attention deficit disorder- oh wait, my mistakes may be revealing otherwise. I still recommend the kit though.
