Hmmm... I go through Tim's twice a week... Here's how I do it:

-Pull up to speaker, shut off truck
-make order
-press fancy button to fold mirrors in
-drive up to window, getting as close as possible (without actually going in)
-Open power window, put tranny in neutral, engage e-brake.

Actually, they kinda "know" me there and it gives em a chuckle everytime.
