I have a 95 trooper 3.2 SOHC, 5 speed that the engine has started cutting out at about 3000 to 3500 RPM when under a load, such as pulling small trailer (500lbs), or when getting on highway. It feels like a govenor cuts in for a split second the lets up then cuts in again, and it does it while accelerating. On level ground its not as noticeable but its there. I've replaced the fuel filter on the frame rail, plug wires (Carquest aftermarket (only ones available in area)), and plugs (autolight plaitnum). Still have the problem, any thoughts would help.
