You may have misunderstood...the part number for the locker you linked to is correct for your Isuzu, but not for the Chrysler axle also mentioned.

But, as I said, AFAIK the Isuzu version has been out of production for a long time, so they likely will not have one to sell you...but it can't hurt to ask, either.
