Can anyone verify these staments?

Since there is an Aussie Locker for both the 10 & 12 bolt, It seems that the 12 bolt would be a much stronger axle and that disc brakes would be good too. Making it worth the time to swap axles.(if I could find axles with matching gearing)
What do you guys think?
