Nope, not all bolts will line up. Mine came with buckets and I bought a 60/40 bench from a 97. Bolts will go in on one side, but not on the other. I have a 96 and swapped a bucket in on the driver side - not all bolts lined up, I think 2, maybe three matched. Had to drill for at least one (inboard rear for sure).
