I know from my experience with my 2000 4Runner that there are ways to change the "programmed" modes for the truck to do certain things differently, like auto-lock the doors when you turn on the engine, or auto-unlock the doors when you turn it off, or briefly beep the horn when you lock it with the remote, etc.

Is there any method to change the auto door lock/unlock features on a 2007 double cab Tacoma? My wife and I would both prefer that the doors auto-lock when the engine is turned on, just like our 4Runner does from the factory, but it can be changed by the user. Are there any hidden programmable methods that anyone knows about for the 2007's (whether for door locks or not)?
