For me it would be the Michelin LTX/MS. It does not look rugged at all, but it has great traction in anything but mud. I never go in mud so it's perfect for me. It is incredibly smooth and quiet riding, tracks very well, and has low rolling resistance. Also, it is notorious for wearing very long. I am not too worried about durability because it is still LT rated and in the 31 or 32 inch sizes it's got a plenty high load rating for my light weight regular cab.
