Had the same thing happen to me, the 40MPH vibration. I had thrown a wheel weight somewhere. Probably the same thing happening to you, especially if you just had new tires & wheels mounted recently. The wheel weights may not have been "properly installed", ie hammered down securely.

No big deal. If you're getting them checked this week it should be easy for them to figure out.
