I've only used the Redline stuff, MT-90 works great. If the Amsoil gear oil is rated as a GL-4 gear oil, then it should be fine as well. In my experience, any GL-4 oil is better than any GL-5 oil (synthetic or not), and the synthetic GL-4 oils are the best, in a manual transmission (i.e synchromesh application).
