This is great feedback, Erik hinted we might hear this. Quite frankly, I didn't understand the passion T100 owners have for this forum.

We'll keep this forum for you all, and consolidate the others.

Great news, thanks little joe! I'm sure everyone here who may not have had a chance to read this will be grateful for your decision also.

ErikB was right. You should give him a raise....

I like the way things are currently. i have a 2wd T100 and come to the T100 & Tundra section for non-4wd-related problems to my T100.

Another vote begging to keep the T100 forum separate. This is the single most comprehensive and active T100 forum on the net. I'd like to keep it that way and not make it difficult to find info, having to sort through a bunch of other irrelevant stuff. Nobody even comes close to having a comparable T100 community.

Edit: [butt kissing] Thanks for all the work you mods do here, up keeping the forums and such. You maintain an outstanding community across the Toyota forums! My thanks and compliments to all of you! [/butt kissing]

I completely agree with you....T-100's are a great truck and this is the best place to find info.

Amen...I not big on change and if something works I see no need. I've been coming here everyday since the switch from BigToyTrucks.com and couldn't imagine a better forum for the T-100. Hell these trucks are finally coming down in price enough that a second or third generation of owners can afford to buy one and immediately begin the upgrade process. They will need an easily accessible depository for all of this painfully tested, gleaned and recorded information to help them avoid the pitfalls unique to this truck. Please let the bast@rd-child have it's unique place in the 4x4wire world. Brew

Well said and I agree with the others about the T100 forum. I too have had my T since '93 and later became a member of the "Big Toy Trucks" forum and website. I visited it regularly and was always interested in what other members were doing to their trucks (which continues today). The T100 knowledge here is second to none and nowhere can you find as much information about the T or what modifications work, etc. Kudos to everyone that helps to keep this site and make it as good as it is today.

Thanks for keeping it for the fullsize Toyota trucks.

The T100/Tundra forum here is the only one I see that ever gets much traffic, all the other ones are often ignored.

Well this statement isn't even close to accurate.

KC, I think what CJM was saying is that the 4x4Wire T100 forum is the only T100 forum that gets much traffic. The T100 section over at Yotatech for example just doesn't get the traffic that this T100 section gets. I'm pretty sure that is what he was trying to convey.

In any case, wish I had seen this earlier, but it looks like the mods have already agreed to keep this section around.

I'll reiterate what others here have already said, the T100 community here at 4x4Wire is unique across the whole net. The fraternity of T100 guys here has greatly increased the satisfaction of owning the three T's I've had. If it were mixed in with other forum traffic you'd lose the whole dynamic. If you are a T100 owner on the other Toyota forums you just get told to buy a Taco so you can have more mods available.

HUGE thanks to the mods for being so responsive to our feedback here. Eric has done a great job with the T100 forum specifically and the other mods offer great info and hard work for the forum. Thanks!

Regards,
Joel

DITTO! This is the best and most active T100 forum on the net ~ period!

A big plus on this forum is that it's loaded with experienced wheelers that operate all types of vehicles off-road.

Even though I'm a non-wheeling pavement pounder that parks my Tundra in a garage, I have learned a
great deal from this helpful group, particularly when it comes to making your rig less fragile - thanks!
