Getting the Wheeling Fever

Did anyone try to pass air care test? A did it recently.
My truck passed the test, but really close to the limit.
I wory how long it can last. Maybe next year it fails?
It works just fine, and had only 50000km. So, what could be a problem if it can't pass air test?
