Need a Spot

Curently have ADD on my 94' 22r 4x4 and the mileage isn't stellar. Something went wrong with the 4x4 and I have to switch the vacuum hoses on the valves to get it to work. Thinking about skipping the diagnosis and converting to manual hubs. Any info or product leads is appreciated, thank you...
