Need a Spot

any major/minor differences from 96-2002 that a buyer should be aware of? I know sometimes small changes makea big difference. I'm looking for one with appx 50k and if they are all the same through the years it would be nice to know... I'm thinking of getting a Limited since I spend alot of time driving!
