I guarntee you dont have 5.38's if you did you wouldn't be asking this question. when I had 32X11.50' (same size as yours) on my rodeo it drove fine with the stock gearing.
sounds like your truck is screwed up. With 35's and 4.10's I never dropped below 60 it may have been in second gear at 5000rpm but it would at least go 60.

uhm, there are alot more people out there with Isuzu's with 5.38's than most people think. I saw one FOR SALE on Craigs list the other day that had 5.38's, I called the guy to ask questions and he said that he got them from Matt at Indy 4x, I asked him if he was a member of 4x4wire, and he said he didn't belong to any 4x4 clubs . So, just because somebody has 5.38's doesn't mean that they installed them, or even know anything about them, they could have bought the truck that way and are just going by what the original seller had told him.

2000 Chevy Tahoe nothing special. 1990 Isuzu Amigo, 3" lift, 31x10.5x15 BFG All Terrain (Street), 33x12.5x15 (offroad), Pacesetter header, some ATM rash. More mods to come......
