I've had these sitting in my garage for the past couple years and finally installed them a couple weeks ago and thought I'd share some pictures:

We cut the rear stock fenders much higher and welded in the tubs before installing these.

The easy way is just rivet them on but if you want to get full benefit of the flares, you'll want to cut the rear fenders higher, weld the tub close and then install the fenders.

With the flares or pictures that I took of the back of the truck before I installed the flares?

I want to see the backside of the flares, you took pics of the frontside, i'm deciding on which flares i want to use because i no longer have the stock rear bumper/side skirt things....

I'll try to take more pictures this week. I don't have the stock rear bumper as well.
