Thanks, the bumper was my first attempt at building a front bumper. It is kind of hard to tell in the pic, but the lower portion of the bumper extends over the top of the skid plate.

Last time I was on Warn.com the flares were $121/pr. I have had mine since '94 and they have held up well, they are pretty flexible(the old ones anyways) in most instances. However, a few yrs ago on a late spring snow trip I slid into a stump on the passengers side, the flare cracked along the edge and there was a $.25 size hole punched in it. I was able to patch it using fiberglass resin, after sanding/painting it it looks nearly as good as new.
