From what i gathered, I will fully back the birfield joint, fully pack the knuckle bearings, and lube up the outer shaft that is inside the spindle.
The reason for my asking is i seen the plug hole in the knuckle for grease, but i didn't think that whole knuckle had to be FULL of grease. Thanks OOP's for the info.
Can you give me heads up on reassembly of this axle, Tricks maybe? i kept all my shims assorted as to what knuckle they came from and there location. DO you think upon reassembly I will be fine using the same shims and not have problems?
Please educate me a little more, I want to know this axle inside and out...
