Before adjusting the gearbox did you check all the steering linkages ie idler arm, idler relay arm, tie rod ends?
Just trying to determine if the adjustment was even needed in the gearbox in the first place. If you've only adjusted it one time it should not be maxed out. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
