I am also in Vancouver. I buy WIX filters in Napa , they are $32 + tax, very good filters. Recently I so Fram Filters at Lordco, on sale $22, but I didn't buy it - bad quality. My last filter I bought in Richmond, in the store
"Vancouver auto parts" They sell nice filters (made in Korea). Those filters have original Mitsubishi part #, and looks very good - just the same as WIX. The price was $22.
Those filters are in Fram boxes, and are sold as Fram filters HP6355
