Having bought 3 handguns, and living in Texas, you cannot legally purchase a handgun in Texas if under the age of 21. You cannot even get handgun ammo, only ammo for long-guns. Every time I spoke with a person about identity verification and background check (no longer has more than a 20 min wait) on the phone they required that I be 21. You can't buy under 21 from a FFL. you CAN posess, OR purchase from a private individual if over 18. This is the law.

Move all of this "Who can buy what, when and where" to another thread. 7.62mm x 51 NATO grouping: 20 rounds in the center, rapid fire from the bench. 20 rounds upper left, rapid fire, off hand, standing on empty brass. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.athenswater.com/images/MK14SEI_TROYMCS.jpg) This was my first time with an ACOG - I did not care for the super short eye relief, but I managed. .

Off the bench with my 10-22 I can group 25 rounds into a 2 inch circle. No pics to proove it, but hey.. shooting off a bench is not that hard. Anything out past 100 my 22 starts to open way way up, and I can't tighten the groups up. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Try shooting full soft drink cans at 600 meters, that can be a chalenge.

Most phenomenal display of marksman ship I've ever seen, was on OLN or TNN, one of those channels...I believe it was American Shooter.
The guy who does skill shots with an old recurve bow was POWDERING Bayer aspirin thrown into the air by his assistant.
He first started nicking them, but wasn't happy until he'd powder them. Once he got his groove on, he was dead on each time. Now THAT is amazing.
