I'm wondering how this would handle the power of a turbo motor and if its available on other Mitsu vehicles outside of Japan. Would be very cool to have a bolt on PTO for the SWB. Anyone have any knowledge with this trans, part number?

I see you saw my post on SQC. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

I'm still digging for info on this trans. There is a surprising amount of info on the J57 Mitsu Jeeps these came out of (including parts and service manuals), but it's all in Japanese.

Sure did, if you find out any news let me know please. I'm just a little worried that the rebuilt km in my 87 won't handle all the tourque I plan to throw at it w/ a magna and 06 17c. I'd hate to have to swap to an auto.
