Sue them for the amount of stolen goods or is there more? Overall I just want to prevent further theft from going on, and I want to punch him/her in the face. I am also going to talk to the landlord because I don't know if I read it somewhere but somehow he is required to put effort into resolving it (might have to find documentation on that one)? Also getting a light put in would be good.
