On the drivers side axel tubes i have 3 inch cracks just under the spring perches. I was advised to find another axel housing rather than have them welded. Is this the correct way to address them?
The other issue is finding a housing. I was told by toyota that I would need to find one from another '96 4x4 t100 with the automatic. Is this true, or would any 4x4 housing work?
