I took the hose off that supplies gas to the fuel injection rail and turned the key over and it took about a minute for gas to start squirting out? When it did start getting some gas it wasn't a stream of fuel and all the time I was waiting for fuel I could here gurgling like the pump was trying to pickup fuel? Could this just be a clogged fuel filter?

I think the pressure needed for fuel is about 30psi?
