It's simply bolted to the transmission, which is simply bolted to the engine. The xmember doesn't support it in thin air so much as support it in line with everything it's attached to, so no, not really without lifting the whole drivetrain.

However, Budbuilt does offer a clocking adapter for a Tacoma that will increase the clearance at the tcase by rotating it, but I can't verify it will work on a T100.
