Not really because you need to keep the first section of the rear drive shaft in line with the transmission or you will get vibrations. That's why Brew moved the center support bearing up on his. On mine when I had the 2" bodylift, I moved the engine mounts up 2" and the t-case mount up 1", and this pretty much kept that rear shaft in line back to the center support as well.
