Thanks for the advice, I am gonna call that 4x4 place and see what they charge and mock up my own plate out of cardboard to cover past the oil pan a bit.
No one has answered me yet, is it possible to raise the transfercase a bit without a drivetrain lift or something? I mean if its simply botled on I could drill/tap new holes and mount it higher I guess.

I mean if its simply botled on I could drill/tap new holes and mount it higher I guess. It's simply bolted to the transmission, which is simply bolted to the engine. The xmember doesn't support it in thin air so much as support it in line with everything it's attached to, so no, not really without lifting the whole drivetrain. However, Budbuilt does offer a clocking adapter for a Tacoma that will increase the clearance at the tcase by rotating it, but I can't verify it will work on a T100.

these "clocking" setups, wouldnt they interfere with the torsion bracket inside of the frame rail? even if budbuilts system could be adapted...

Jake, that may be why it's Tacoma listed only. He hasn't built the T100/Tundra page yet, although I'm glad to see the trac-bar for us is a regular offering now.

No one has answered me yet, is it possible to raise the transfercase a bit without a drivetrain lift or something? Not really because you need to keep the first section of the rear drive shaft in line with the transmission or you will get vibrations. That's why Brew moved the center support bearing up on his. On mine when I had the 2" bodylift, I moved the engine mounts up 2" and the t-case mount up 1", and this pretty much kept that rear shaft in line back to the center support as well.
