Ok in Santone you do NOT need to paint the underside of a vehicle... ever!
If the coolant and the oil level are still ok then get in that ride and drive it up here and back... all the moisture will be gone when you arrive home.
How long you had that vehicle? Where did it come from?
As for the plug pull it and see if it is oily again. If so I'd be looking into changing the cap and at least THAT wire and a new plug.. then see what happens. If it does it again. ohboy! I'd be thinking of pulling the head and looking at the valve guide seal... If that is good then I might just pull that piston and have a look at it. With the head off you could look at cylinder wear and compare the piston top to the other five.
