Now that is some ugly stuff ain't it? Put in combination with a wet plug and hopefully it is only a head gasket. I personally have never had a bad gasket that did not cause the radiator to puke it's guts out! Others have said they had a similiar problem to yours and it was in fact a head gasket.
The sparky is what troubles me..
