Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 3.5 inch re lift kit. But i want more if i were to put on a 1.5 inch shackles and spacer lift would i need to put any thing else on the jeep. Like for the steering or tie rods? I know i will have to extend my driveline

oh yeh damn its a 89 cherokeeand the lift kit that i got had new rear leaf springs and new coils
