All set Zuk! Ordered 4.88 precision ring & pinion gears, and lockrite from PORC this morning. Just got back from the postoffice; the third is on the way as well. Definately looking forward to the pics. Be about another month or so and I will send the front to you to be geared to match and locked also. No 4wd for a little while, but am curious to see if it may even perform just as well with locked rear instead of open diffs front and rear. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> Call if you need anything. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

but am curious to see if it may even perform just as well with locked rear instead of open diffs front and rear. You'd be amazed. 4WD for steep inclines though.

So was it the ring gear? or could it be the leaf springs and or the rear end tristing around?
DO it do it in reverse?
Have somebody stand beside your truck and look to see how much the rear end tilts up with pressure
|
