First thing to do is make up your mind WHICH tires you are going after.. then if THAT size tire needs a lift it would be silly to buy the tires first wouldn't it? Big Jim <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

If you are going to drive it on the street buy a nice michlin LTX street tire... If you are going in the boonies buy a MUD tire.. The "in between" tires are no better than the street tire off road! So you may as well be comfortable with a choice of a street tire for daily driving. For me a 29-1/2" tire would be as tall as I would go.
