Wholly Smokes Batman.

Too much gasket sealer on the timing cover and water pump. That is more than the neighbor had on his water pump. A chunk of the sealer broke off inside, and worked its way thru the cooling system. That is the chunk I removed from the head gasket. It wedged its way and plugged up a port on the head gasket.
