I am goin to have to say that it is a hot or ground wire... get a test light and check.. as for ground... you can get a multi meter and run a continuity test...

2002 TJ X... Pro comp 4 in lift.
Pro comp 33x12.5-15 mud terains.
Banks cat back exhaust
JKS disconnects
Air raid cold air intake
Warn front and rear bumpers with tire carrier
