Gentlemen,
While removing my PCV valve to replace it I managed to take out just about all of the aluminum threads in the valve cover... Short of replacing the valve cover, is there anything I can do?

Well, there's a couple of options. If there's at least a bit of the threads left, you might be able to re-tap the hole. If there isn't any threads left to do that with, you can get a heli-coil. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
