one bracket attached to the steering linkage with the u-bolts, the other end is a long plate which bolts to the inside of the frame rail using the idler arm bolts, the kit supplies longer bolts...i have that setup, works great but im considering ditching it for one that goes in the stock location as well.

97 FZJ80, Stock, Factory Lockers.
