Just so you understand all you do for bleeding is turn the steering wheel back and forth lock to lock a few times. There is no bleed nipples like brakes.
Some steering boxes do have bleeder valves like the brakes.

Go to the FSM at the top of the page and follow that bleeding process.

You are using ATF and not power steering fluid I hope.

What did TAP charge you for a used pump? They really think their parts are gold; I will not buy from them...
