Your commute is almost exactly the same as mine and I keep it at 70 mph. I doubt that 5 mph is costing you 4-5 mpg so I would try some new plugs, check tire pressure, Toyota fuel injector cleaner etc. BTW, my mileage has dropped to 20 mpg during the winter due to oxygenated gas so if you get better mileage in the summer youre not doing that bad.
