Hehe, so do I. I managed to find it on google earth, think it connects to Mojave road, and also some kind of old farm and dry lake. Sounds like a nice trip, would definitely be interested.

In April, I plan to explore Anza Borrengo for an over nighter or two. Its super nice in the spring when all of the fuana are in full bloom. Mammoth also has tons of cool forest roads and trails open all year. LRJ here is a picture of my ride. 300,000 miles http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d159/beachbunny85/4x4wirepic.jpg

Lets limit it to six trucks and 14 participants...aka no special permit needed http://www.nps.gov/moja/planyourvisit/permits.htm

$50 ¸ 15 people = a little more than 3 bucks per person. And with more people it just goes down. I think I just might be able to afford that, don't you think?

Hey $3 will get me a gallon of gas by then
Money is not issue, I was more worried they would restrict us to certain camp sites, AKA ugly sites. Once we get dates I guess we will deal with the how many confirmed we have.

Les forget the limits. In my experiance everyone wants to go but the closer the date come that starts to change, and if luck has it that many want to go then $50 split between a group is well spent money for a good time.Didnt DV cost you $20.
