Here is what I have done.
Mine were leaking very bad, the hoses were bad.
The banjo fittings were not leaking.
To get by, I cut the metal lines off and tapped out and screwed a plug in to the banjo fittings and put one of the modified banjo fittings where each oil cooler line was. Did not leak at all. I found a monty in the bone yard that had dry lines and installed them. They are dry. The dealer wanted about $70 per line. I was thinking about swaging the end of the metal lines and using transmission line hoses with two hose clamps at each fitting. I bet it would work just fine.
