You guys are all making it too complicated.

Just take the hose assemblies off and carefully cut the "mushroom" part of the hose crimp off. The hose will almost fall off the fitting. You'll find that the fitting is already barbed for a new hose. Take that to your local NAPA and have them sell you about 4 feet of matching sized oil resistant hose, lube well, slip over the barb (not easy) and put a couple new clamps on each end.

That's it! I think it cost me $8.00 to do both of mine. Hasn't leaked a drop since.
