Little history first, Dad bought this truck 90 model v6 4x4, clutch always seemed a little funny. This happened before so I used My ("one man bleeder" hose hanging in glass jar filled with brake fuild to keep air from entering system) and had lots of problems. Seemed like tons of air was coming out, and eventually the pedal just stayed on the floor. I ended up having to crack the hose loose at the clutch master cylinder, bleed it out and then work my way back down to the slave cylinder. Managed to make it work and have constant fluid coming out of the slave cylinder, but the pedal still wasnt building pressure like it should. And now 2 months later, Its back to the very end of the stroke again (like the last inch of travel you can change gears. My question is how do you determine wether its the master cylinder or the slave cylinder?

Thanks
