Is it possible to wire 2 100amp solenoid in parallel to handle the load of a single 200amp solenoid?

2.

Is it possible to wire both incandesant bulb and led tail lights off the same + lead, without adding a heat-emission resistor? Will the current goes to the path of least resistance (led) therefore dimming the incandesant bulb light output?

(wiring led + normail tail light together)
